Equality
The best way to try to make things equal is to give everyone equal opportunity. For example every one can get an education and every one can go and get a job. This way it is fair for every one, and no one has an advantage. If you do good in school and work hard in a job you will succeed. This is the best way because there is no way to make things 100% fair.

I agree with you Sean. We should all get equal opportunity for school and getting a job. But I think that someone who works their ass off on a school project or their job should be rewarded more than someone who just does so-so or average work, such as getting an "A" versus a "B" or "C", or getting a raise on their hourly salary.
