Mosque at (near) ground zero

I dont think it should matter if we build a mosque where they're building it. it is going to be 2 full blocks. i know that doesnt sound like a lot but it is so far away that if you walked from ground zero to to location, it is said to take 7-10 minutes. If it that far away i dont think it matters.
