Equalizing the World

If I were to go about trying to make every person in the world equal to the next person, I think that first off it would be a huge pain in the butt beacuse trying to mae 6.3 billion people the same would be a really difficult task.  Although if I were to try and make everyone equal, I would start with making people the same  as soon as they were born giving them advantages or disadvantages, and I would make everyone average instead of just like the worst off person in the world.
