chapter 11-12 blog

When i finished the book i thought it was really horrible that out of the group of seven friends only Paul remained. And even then, he didn't last that long. the war effected them so strongly, it changed their lives, their personalities, and their souls. And then it took their lives away from them. War is a very powerful thing and i dont thing that leaders think about that as they declare war on another country. they just think of the glory of it, and that makes it even more horrible.
