In this picture, some factors shown of war is in this picture of China. This picture positively, shows women's roles during war in China, that they worked together with men as a step towards their emancipation, however, they were only invited to this labor to increase the labor force. I decided to choose this picture because I have lived in China before, so I understand how labor was and even today, there is a a need for labor under certain conditions. Hearing stories from my grandparents also made me choose this picture about the limited and separated roles of women and men during war.
Oh Labor,
What an important factor it is
It goes up and down so fast,
As If taking an impossible quiz.
No problem though,
We've got these "woman"
Just go out an call Mrs. Limon
Tell her,
Her liberty is finally here,
That her separation has finally disappeared
Oh labor,
how important it is,
We are running out of men,
Tell Mrs.Chen to come here to be free
But don't tell her,
that we only need her, for the holy tree.
Why does every topic and everything have to do with CHINA?

ReplyDeleteI appreciate your feedback, and I would like to say that China is one of the most hard working countries in the world, and without this country, I'm not sure where we will be in this world. This picture, actually, is an example of propaganda during the war when China was involved, and it was definitely related to WAR.
