I chose this picture because it accurately represents what i believe soldiers feel during war. maybe around home they have that macho tough guy thing goin on but deep down im sure anyone is scared to death of war or of dying. You never know anyones story, he could have just found out about a friends death or heard of family news back home. Shows that war is a tough place and even the toughest of people get caught up in the emotion sometimes.
I agree completely. So many people go off to war thinking it's "cool" and manly but really it's war and you can't mask the truth.
