MY image of war

"You Were Right Behind Me"
The above picture is my image of war. This picture shows the turmoil it causes, killing millions of civilians and soldiers in combat. Being as you know them, or theyre complete strangers. This picture depicts a memorial for the fellow soldiers in the same barrack morning the deaths of the many. The emotional impact that war has on the world is unbelievable and something that we would all be better off without. No one wants to lose people they know, and have to deal with the people who have passed away, never being there again. War is depressing.

We were here together
We signed up together
We walked together, and accepted the duty together
Never did I think the word together would change
So quickly as if it never happened at all.
You were gone.
I thought you were right behind me
But what really followed me was the impact of the explosion
Pushing me forward
Further and further from you
Further and further you were from life.
Bumbum, bumbum, bum bu... bu......
Stops, and you were gone.
Alone, Id never think that alone would be my new description
No more together.
But they say thats just war.
Together, not together anymore.
I lost, im alone.
