Legalizing weed

There is a lot of controversy going around about legalizing marijuana, personally i think it doesn't really matter whether they legalize it or not. There are positives and negatives but what everybody forgets is that even if weed is legalized it is not going to make a difference to anyone under 21, and all it will do for people over 21 is create big holes in their wallets. The government is supposedly able to make anywhere between 990 million and 1.3 billion the first year just off tax alone. And if pot is legal the cops could probably control it better. But it will create other problems like driving under the influence of marijuana which probably wouldn't be very good.
