When I started reading this article I couldnt believe how unfair America was before. It completely shocked me. We are all just human beings and no one is better or prettier or anything than anyone else. In God's eyes we are all equal. I didnt get why blacks showing public affections offeneded the whites. Its just not fair that all the Whites got to do whatever they wanted to, but the Blacks had to work for the Whites all day and all night and they wouldn't get anything out of it. Honestly, I think the bathroom was just ridiculous! Also, I didnt like how the blacks had to sit in the back of the bus and the whites got to sit in the front.
After reading this article, I realized how cruel of a nation we used to be. I am extremely grateful that we live in a county where we are all treated equally and we have freedom.
