Jim Crow Laws

Reading that Jim Crow article left a sour taste in my mouth. I really hate the fact that white people were stupid enough to call blacks an inferior race, when really, because of that they are the inferior race. It's really scary for me to realize just how bad it was for black people living in America, everything they had was separated from everyone else and they were always worse off. To me it is heartbreaking to hear about people beating down other people just because they look different, I can't even imagine living in a world where one race was seen as higher than another, even if I was apart of the higher class!
