Jim Crow Laws
When i started reading the article my first thought was these laws are horrible. It was horrible how they made the blacks use a different bathroom, go to different restaurants, get their own education and go to other hospitals. These laws should never have been made. I think if they wanted to make a rule then it shouldn't be based on the color of your skin. I also don't get why they were separated because they are just people, the same as everyone else, and they weren't harming anyone or doing anything wrong. They were just trying living their everyday lives.

I agree, you are so right about the part where you said if they were going to make rules against them it shouldnt be for the color of their skin. Its almost as if the blacks being enslaved was a foreshadowing of what happened to the jews. Its like the same situation
ReplyDeletei totally agree with you. your are so right all these thing that they did to the blacks are so wrong and horrible!!
ReplyDeleteYa i dont feel like it was fair that the blacks basically had to do everything on their own because they were given so many restrictions that wouldnt allow them really to get any help from anyone.
ReplyDeleteI agree with you. I can't imagine how hard those peoples lives where. Its not fair that all the white people got all the advantages and when the blacks worked so hard they didnt get anything. Everyone is the same in God eyes. no one is better than someone else
