My first question after reading this article was, "Why would anyone want to pass a law like this?" It's so uncalled for. It's absolutely not fair for blacks to be treated worse than other colors especially white people. The fact that white men raping black women isn't as bad as a black man raping a white women is unfair due to the black man's skin color and race. Sure, they have white and black fountains, schools, and resturants, but there is always something better about the facilites for the white people. God made this planet for equal men and women, no matter what color or race.
I agree with you. I don't see any need for segregation because it is pointless, because they were all people, but the blacks were just judged just because of their race and color, which doesn't make much sense.
